    Here we have a concise bouuet of incidents in world history many of which I didn't remember perpetrated by people who should have known better that will blow your mind The subject matter runs the gamut from Egypt's Pharao

This book is very West centric and at least a third of the blunders included occurred during or after WWI It s a little difficult to believe that Anthony Weiner sending explicit pictures of himself via Twitter carries similar historical weight to Persia s decision to invade Greece Still it s clearly and entertainingly written Each episode is covered in 3 or 4 pages so it s easy to read a bit at a time choose readings randomly rather than read from front to back or put the book down for a significant amount of time without needing to remember a complicated plot I wouldn t buy this I m not sorry I read it If I see Whitelaw s name on something else I ll take the time to see what it is because though this book isn t my favorite he is a good writer Chicago Billionaires - Contemporary Romance Series Boxed Set illustrations shines a light on the people and personalities behind some of history’s biggest blunder.
